Jovan Ninković (Serbian: Јована Нинковић; born July 25, 1987 in Novi Sad) is a Serbian professional football player who currently plays for Górnik Łęczna.

In August 2007, he moved to Ruch Chorzów on four-year contract.[1] In March 2010, he was loaned to Polonia Słubice on half-year deal.[2] In September 2010, he was loaned to KSZO Ostrowiec on half-year deal.[3] In January 2011, he was loaned to on half-year deal.[4]
In July 2011, he joined Górnik Łęczna.[5]
